Attend training courses and workshops

Scientific events of various kinds serve as vital channels for transferring knowledge, exchanging experiences, and developing professional skills within the University of Jeddah community. These include:

Training Course:

A focused gathering aimed at acquiring or developing specific skills through practical activities and expert guidance within a set timeframe.

Workshop:

Focus groups where specialists and interested parties exchange views on specific topics to produce actionable results for the participating entities.

Submission Requirements

  •  
 Personal & Professional Data: Name, College/Dept, Rank, Job Number, and Nationality.
  •  
 Event Details: Attendance type (Course/Workshop), location (Internal/External), fees, and scientific justifications.
  •  
 Historical Data: Information on the last scientific mission and status of its final report.

Administrative Workflow

  •  
 Departmental Level: Initial review by the Head of Department, then Dean of College.
  •  

Unit Review: The Cultural Relations and International Cooperation Unit verifies all conditions before submission to the Vice President.
  •  

Final Approvals: Approval by the University President and referral to Planning and Budget for financial assessments.
  •  
 Conclusion: Issuance of the decision and boarding order by the Personnel and Boarding sections respectively.
