he thesis is registered in the academic schedule after the following steps are completed:
- The student must submit a formal approval request for the thesis topic and supervisor assignment, which is first approved by the department head.
- This approval is then reviewed and confirmed by the Dean of Graduate Studies.
- Once approved, the thesis is added to the student's academic schedule.
