Scientific participation forms and visiting professor

Procedures:

-The university employee submits a request for a visiting professor to the head of the department and attaches with his application all the documents of the visiting professor (the ministry's form for visiting professor medicine, the security survey for the visiting professor, the CV of the visiting professor, the passport of the visiting professor - the passport of the escorts, if any) and requires completing the following data:

- Personal information of the applicant: name (Arabic / English), college, scientific department, academic qualification, academic rank, specialization, job number, nationality, civil registry, phone number, e-mail.

- Information about the visiting stadium: name from passport, passport number, nationality, place of residence, academic rank, current employer, profession, postal address, e-mail, proposed period of visit, visa destination, port of entry, purpose of visit, information of the last visit to the Kingdom, who bears the costs of the visit.
