Jeddah University requires internationally recognized English language tests for admission to postgraduate programs. The accepted tests are as follows:
Administered by the National Center for Assessment (Qiyas).
Available across various regions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Validity: 3 years.

Offered through selected institutes with agreements with the authorized body in the United States.
There are three accepted formats: TOEFL iBT, CBT, PBT.
Note: TOEFL ITP is not accepted by the university, as it is a practice test and not valid for university admission.
Validity: 2 years.
Offered through the British Council.
Validity: 2 years.
All master’s programs require an English language proficiency test, except for certain programs and specializations.
Exemptions from the English language requirement include:
Applicants who obtained their degree from a university in an English-speaking country (e.g., USA, UK).
Applicants with a bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, or English Language.
Note: This exemption does not apply to applicants for a Master’s in English.
