• Program admission criteria

 

Criteria for joining the joint supervision program

  •  
The applicant must be a Saudi national and not exceed 35 years of age, and the university council may make an exception to this condition.
  •  
The applicant must have a master's degree and work as a teaching assistant or lecturer at the university, and applicants from other Saudi universities may be accepted in exchange for tuition costs covered by the university from which the student is scholarship according to rules determined by the University Council.
  •  
The student must be enrolled in a program in her field of specialization.
  •  
The student must achieve the language score required by the external university and any other admission requirements.
  •  
The applicant must pass the preparatory program for teaching assistants and lecturers organized by the university.
  •  
Obtaining unconditional acceptance in the form of split-site from one of the foreign universities contracted with the University of Jeddah, or any other university within the 200 in the Times ranking.
  •  
Publishing a scientific paper in a refereed journal for those who have graduated from the master's degree for 5 years.
  •  
Clarify the field of study and the need for devices and their availability.
  •  
Preparing the approved research proposal in the acceptance letter.
  •  
The applicant must comply with the conditions of the external university agreed upon in the contracts concluded, including commitment to the period supposed to be spent at the external university.
  •  
The approval of the competent councils in the scientific department and the college to join the program to ensure that the subject of study is aligned with the scholarship plan and diversity in the scholarship schools, and that the percentage of scholarship students on the joint supervision program in the scientific department does not exceed 30%.
