4. English translation verification letter from the University Language Institute

5. Letter confirming the University Council's approval of the agreement or MoU

The original copies of cooperation agreements, memoranda of understanding, authentication documents, and exchange minutes are kept at the National Center for Documentation and Archives, while the University of Jeddah maintains authenticated copies of them.

Agreements must serve direct or indirect interests of the University of Jeddah. The foreign institution must be from a country that maintains general relations or has existing agreements with the Kingdom in the proposed area of cooperation. All communications must follow the approved regulatory procedures for dealing with these institutions.

The minimum credit load is 6 hours, while the maximum is 12 hours. This excludes the credit hours for the thesis. However, students may increase the maximum to 15 credit hours if they meet the following conditions:

1. GPA Requirement: A cumulative GPA of 4.5 or higher.
2. Graduating Status: The student must be in their final semester
