 Conditions for the scholarship of administrators and technicians for training

 

Based on the provisions of Article Thirty-Five of the Regulations of Scholarship and Training for University Employees, and the decisions of the Standing Committee for Scholarship and Training at the University, administrators and technicians who are sent for training must meet the following conditions:

  •  
 To be a Saudi national.
  •  
 He must have spent in the service of the university for a period of not less than two years from the date of his appointment, with the exception of doctors who may be sent after completing one year from the date of their appointment.
  •  
 There should be a direct relationship between the specialization to which he will be sent and the nature of the work to be done.
  •  
 The evaluation of job performance for the last two years should not be less than the grade of "very good".
  •  
 To have the acceptance of a scientifically recognized scientific institution.
  •  
 To be fluent in the language in which the training program is offered.
  •  
 The program aims to provide the trainee with new skills required by the current or future work needs.
  •  
 To accompany the scholarship woman abroad as a mahram for her for the duration of her scholarship.
  •  
 The scholarship is carried out according to the plan organized for the scholarship of administrators and technicians.
