Requirements for Obtaining the Document
1. Create a degree granting transaction through the Graduate Studies Transactions System and wait for its approval before coming to receive the document via the following link: https://higherstat.uj.edu.sa/stud/

2. Create a clearance transaction and wait for its approval before coming to receive the document via the following link: https://scls.uj.edu.sa/

3. Fill out the request form for receiving the graduation document and transcript via the following

Document Delivery Process
After completing all requirements, the student must come to the Deanship headquarters.
If delegating another person, this must be done through the "Najez" system.
In both cases, it is necessary to bring all required identification documents to complete the receiving process.
