Establishing a clear and specific mechanism and activating the benefit from areas of cooperation in cultural fields and international cooperation between the university and global universities through official.

Forming supporting mechanisms that ensure quality and excellence in participation in local and international conferences and exhibitions.

Activating the benefit from annual programs and scholarships offered to the university by global organizations and universities and following up on nominations for them.

Creating a comprehensive database and information on all topics that the university wishes to activate and document with other universities.

Coordinating exchange visits between the university and other universities and research institutes and inviting specialists, talents, and distinguished scholars to visit the university and facilitating and completing the procedures for their attendance.

Strengthening cultural ties and relationships between the university and other universities by organizing active participation in scientific and cultural committees among them.

Activating and stimulating agreements, participations, and scientific and cultural cooperation between the university and other universities, and preparing a vision for different areas of cooperation and following up on the renewal of agreements.
