Procedural Guide

Fill out the application form for joining the Joint Supervision Program with the following attachments:

Bachelor's and Master's degree.

Bachelor's and master's transcripts.

Valid language requirement certificate of passing.

Curriculum vitae.

Letter of acceptance to study from the external university.

Certificate of completion of the scholarship course.

A copy of the national ID.

A copy of the passport.

Curriculum vitae of the local supervisor.

The Department Council approves the application for joining the Joint Supervision Program.

Nomination of a local supervisor.

The College Council approves the application for admission to the Joint Supervision Program.

Approval of the application if the conditions and criteria for joining the program are met and the approval of the Joint Supervision Program Committee.

Approving the application and referring it to the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research.

Refer the application to the Standing Committee for Scholarship and Training.
