The Department Council reviews and approves the application and officially nominates the local supervisor.

Vice Dean for Research and Innovation |
The College Council processes the application for final admission approval to the program.

Supervisor of Joint Supervision Program Management |
Verifies that all conditions and criteria are met; obtains approval from the Joint Supervision Program Committee.

|
Dean of Graduate Studies |
Endorses the application and refers it to the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research.
|
|
Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research |
Final referral of the application to the Standing Committee for Scholarship and Training for executive action.
