Important Notes and Academic Regulations:

Semester start dates are based on the academic calendar, not actual class start dates.

All academic procedures must be submitted electronically through the Graduate Studies Transaction System.

Supplementary courses (undergraduate level courses) registration follows the Deanship of Admission and Registration calendar.

Executive program students must register their courses after paying tuition fees. Contact the college if issues arise.

Incomplete courses marked as (IC) or (IP) from previous semesters should not be re-registered.

New students may postpone admission only for compelling circumstances approved by department and college councils before classes begin.

Students are advised to consult their academic advisor before course registration.

Minimum passing grade for graduate courses is 75 (C+)

Students receiving below 3.75/5.0 GPA receive an academic warning.

Students receiving below 3.75/5.0 GPA for two consecutive semesters will be dismissed.

Program transfer requires completing one methodological semester with minimum GPA of 3.75/5.0 and meeting target program admission requirements.
