Scientific participation forms and visiting professor

Visiting Professor Procedures

To host a visiting professor, the applicant must submit a formal request through their department head, including the Ministry's medical form, security survey, CV, and passport copies for the professor (and any escorts).

Submission Data Requirements

  •  
 Applicant Information: Name, College/Dept, Academic Rank, Specialization, and Job Number.
  •  
 Visitor Details: Passport name/number, Nationality, Current Employer, Visa Destination, and Port of Entry.
  •  
 Visit Logistics: Proposed duration, purpose of visit, and financial sponsorship details.

Administrative Workflow

  •  
 Internal Approvals: Review by the Head of Department, followed by the Dean of the College.
  •  
 Unit Review: The Cultural Relations and International Cooperation Unit verifies conditions and prepares the Ministry of Education electronic forms.
  •  
 External Approval: Upon Ministry of Education approval, the file is referred to Institutional Communication for visa issuance.
