Important note: -
The issuance of the executive decision for the scholarship requires the arrival of the scholarship student to the place of study within three months from the date of its issuance, otherwise the decision is considered null and void, according to the provisions of Article Eight of the Scholarship and Training Regulations for University Employees, which stipulates: "The scholarship student travels to his place of study after the issuance of the executive decision for his scholarship, and the decision is canceled if he does not arrive at his place of study after the lapse of three months from the date specified in the decision."
Therefore, the Department of Scholarships was keen not to issue the executive decision for the scholarship immediately after its approval. Rather, its issuance is delayed until about a week before the date of travel. If the employee completes all the documents required to open a file at the Missions Department (described above). When he travels, he contacts the employee concerned with the management of missions and asks him to issue the executive decision, and he prints the decision electronically (the decision is printed from the system: the outgoing scholarship services platform implemented open the application print the decision).
