MYUJ Services
Practical events of various kinds are one of the tools that contribute mainly to knowledge enrichment and enhance scientific and research mobility within the University of Jeddah. The Events and Exhibitions Unit is responsible for receiving requests for holding scientific events and exhibitions in all their forms, which include:

The entity must define the event type, title, objectives, and budget sources. |
|
|
Required Documents:
- Application form for scientific meetings. - Security survey forms (for speakers inside/outside the Kingdom). - Brief CV for each speaker (max 2 pages). - Introductory brochure and actual agenda. |

Requests must be submitted via Kafa'a (efficiency) system at least 4 months before the event for scientific exhibitions, and 1 month for community events. |
|
|
Events with external international participation require approval from the Minister of Education. |
