Joint Supervision Program: Procedural Guide

 Applicant
Submit the application form with the following required attachments:
• Bachelor's & Master's Degrees • Bachelor's & Master's Transcripts • Valid Language Certificate • Curriculum Vitae (CV) • External University Acceptance Letter • Scholarship Course Completion Certificate • National ID & Passport Copies • Local Supervisor's CV

 Head of Department

The Department Council reviews and approves the application and officially nominates the local supervisor.

  •  
 Vice Dean for Research and Innovation

The College Council processes the application for final admission approval to the program.

  •  
 Supervisor of Joint Supervision Program Management

Verifies that all conditions and criteria are met; obtains approval from the Joint Supervision Program Committee.

  •  
 Dean of Graduate Studies

Endorses the application and refers it to the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research.

  •  
 Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research

Final referral of the application to the Standing Committee for Scholarship and Training for executive action.
